Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday. The guests can arrive between 5pm and 10pm
and must leave the apartment by 10am.
The handing-over of the apartment is done by the management.
the prices include water, electricity, gas, air-conditioning, weekly linen change, end of stay cleaning (cooking area excluded), car-park space in the inside of the residence. Kitchen-linen not provided and not available.

Additional charges: Bathtowels: €10.00 per set ; beach service(on request) with beach umbrella, a deck-chair and a sun-bed: June and September €6.00 per day; July €8.00 per day
August €10.00 per day.
    
Bookings: Bookings are accepted until vacancies are available. On booking we ask for a  deposit of 30% of the whole amount. (For the terms of payment please send an e-mail). Bookings without a deposit will not be considered valid.
The balance must be settled on arrival. The entire sum will have to be paid even if temporary    abscences have been made.
