Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise arranged with management). The guests can arrive between 5pm and 10pm and must leave the apartment by 10am. The prices include: water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, swimming pool with solarium and with sun beds and umbrellas, shuttle service to lido beach of Tropea, bed linen with weekly change, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette), all parking 'interior of the structure. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Special Family: children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Additional charges: Cot €. 7.00 per day; Towels on request: €. 10.00 per set; Beach service with one umbrella and two sunbeds: €. 5.00 per day.

The handing-over of the apartment is done by the management.
Bookings:
Bookings are accepted until vacancies are available. On booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the whole amount. (For the terms of payment please send an e-mail). Bookings without a deposit will not be considered valid. The balance of the shares is due upon arrival. The commitment for the period booked is true even if not fully enjoyed for reasons not attributable to our organization. Pets not allowed.
